Well people, had the luxury of seeing my biggest fish ever caught in my boat on Thursday. 42” 25lbs pike caught on a jig and 8 lbs test line!! And only about 50-60 ft of lake be on a reel!!! After fishing all day for walleye in Long Bay, which was slow but got 2, lol. Decided we give it ten more min before heading home, my buddy decides to put a jig on. First cast and bang, there it was!!! Could not believe my eyes. This monster came to the boat and bent the handle of my net trying to land this thing. Managed to scoop em in the net and get em in the boat. A little exstatic we were. Gonna be a good feat to get above this one!! But never gonna stop trying. I’d post a pic but it won’t let me upload. Any help and I can get them posted. Lol

That's a nice catch for sure, we tied into a few this year that were of good size, maybe this will be the year of the big jacks!
Over the rail, pic and back in to make another angler smile I say!
