If she has a condition that creates the need to do this, why does she need the visual stimulation as well? That's usually for when a person needs EXTRA stimulation to get in the mood. She shouldn't need that.
Brazilian courts are wacky. Oh, and just google....

Obviously to be fair this would apply to fellows with a similar affliction. Would they need a private little room like a prayer room or should they just secure a spot adjacent the smoke doors?

reminds me of the storey of when the us was stealing all of our nurses.On the first day the head doctor was showing the new nurse around the hospital and as they were walking she looked into the room and there was a guy masturbating.She let out a scream and says disgusting. The doctor says no he has a medical condition, its very painfull and has to masturbate every hour to relieve the pain.
