Default What about barometric pressure

Does anyone monitor barometric pressure and fishing success???

I don't quantify nor check the barometer. However I know a stable barometer will equate to better fishing. That said, when a low pressure system moves in like a thunderstorm, the fishing can really pick up like crazy and then die right off when the storm hits. I take note of weather changes but don't put a lot of time and effort into figuring it all out. If I am on the water I have a line in. Period. Good, bad or indifferent weather.
Another thing to think about- At tournaments there is always someone weighing in big fish regardless of meteorology. So that proves there's always an offering that will work, just a matter of honing your craft...
