Hey everyone - I could not log into my Pal account after many tries. So I downloaded the form and mailed it in - registered. They received it Jan 22 and in today’s mail I received the new one. Unbelievable! This is the way government used to work. Don’t give up. tog

Are you sure it didn't have my name on it?
I sent mine in early October...

I'm starting to suspect the public service isn't using my tax dollars efficiently...
