The Storm widgeon on the left, his entire head is blond except for his green bar behind his eye. And the bill is a lighter color. They are said to primerly nest on the Alutian islands

SMP1963, I have attached a photo of the Storm widgeon, Some of the bird watcher site seem to think they are very rare. It is a color vairation of the American widgeon, As you can see his head is crème color, not just his top knot, Other then that he is the same... I hope this helps

Erie I loved that vid,,,, its hard to understand what a dedicated water fowler feels ,,,but I think you just put it on a video,,, loved to here sorry guys dog broke,,not a complaint from your other hunters... again thanks, we in our country really do not understand what we have.

I recognize the black dog and his handler at about 1:40 into the movie sitting in the shadows.

Apparently, both ducks and women flock to him, he never misses a shot, his truck never breaks down & his dog can mark 8 hunters in layout blinds shooting triples!

Less than two months guys. I get butterflies looking at these pics.
