Default When using a BT release. .

A quick question for all those that use
a back tension release;

At full draw, your thumb is facing the floor (more or less in the downward
direction) and the palm of your hand is outward. As a result of this,
the hook on the release is not at right angles with the string therefore,
the D-loop makes up the difference and is slightly twisted.
Does that pose a problem ? Is there any negative effect to the
flight of the arrow or any part of the release cycle when the D-loop
is twisted when using these releases?

Ok, I hear that.
So, lets say your D-loop was too short and you were
getting a little bit of torque in the mix . .
How would you know, what would you see/feel if
that issue was present ?

Inconsitent groups, or not being able to shoot a group at all...

If you shoot a blade style rest more then likley the arrow will fall off when you go to draw the bow....
