Default Long Range Pursuit coyote "hunters"!

Got a good laugh today. Was watching a coyote hunting episode of Long Range Pursuit, on Wild T.V. It was more like watching the comedy network. 4 guys all decked out in dark camo, hunting on a completely white landscape, and wondering why the coyotes don't come any closer than 800 yards. Tried a few Hail Mary shots with all misses. From what I could see, they got 1 coyote in a week of hunting, and that one was lucky, because the coyote happened to stop after spotting them, and taking off. These kind of shows are why I haven't watched this channel in the last many months. Was flipping through, and just had to watch. Just makes you shake your head and laugh.

yeah i haven't watched any "long range hunting" shows for a while now as they dont seem to be as good at hunting as they are at flaunting all their overpriced gear. if you want to see some good long range coyote hunting look up thedartman76 on youtube.

I'll second the vote for the guy on Youtube, TheDartman76. Local Alberta fella too.
Not sure that he cares about saving the fur though, he shoots a .338LM !
Here's one that's recent, and they get it @ over a KM away (1225 yds).

Default Coyote diaphragm calls?

Can anyone suggest a good diaphragm call for coyotes? Thanks for your help, and have a great Easter.
