Default Any luck at Fiesta or Birch?

My buddies and I are going to brave the long weekend throngs of campers/anglers and perhaps give these lakes a try. Any suggestions or angling techniques would really be appreciated. Is it true that Birch has Brookies in it? It seems to me that these would be quite fun to catch. Take care all fellow campers and play safe. Tight lines.

Yeppers, birch is excellent for brookies, and yes they are fun to catch. Only trouble is that I hope you have a float or small boat. It's really hard to fish it from shore (too many trees). Lots of fish in both and you should have luck.

Default Thanks - Can't wait

We have a few Water Skeeters. Hit them hard with flies like a parachute caddis, and adams, (if they are rising) and boatman, wooly buggers, etc, if no surface activity is observed. Thanks for a great answer to a simple question. The way that one thread is headed makes a guy nervous to post a query. Take care.
