You shot a Grizzly at 350 yards with a 6.5-284? Six times?

Second animal on a sheep hunt in the yukon

You havent?

Ive hunted the 3 largest bear species on the planet
And the grizzly isnt one of them
I'm assuming you've done the same?

I have buddy's that still do
Blinded by the idea that for some reason being an alberta diy hunter
I knew everything lol
Thats just not the case

Every hunt i go on I learn something new. That's part of the joy of the hunt
You can take what you learn on a variety of different hunts and apply it to ones back home or abroad to make you more successful

These guys have 1 trick
Shoot at it from far away and shoot often
It was working for them, until it didnt

There's no glass houses on my end
I did it
And I'm going to do it again this year
Ill give you the contact info for the outfitter if you like

This is where im going
They shot a 9.5 footer on the mountain at main camp (when you see the float plane) on opening day

Remember to use chf, controlled hand feed. Don't need a hot kernel dropping down where it shouldn't and gumming up the works.

In reference to Gus and his SCI world record brownie , he is a good friend and shot this bear at a distance of 5 yds with his bow . When I asked him which pin he used he said " all of em " ...lol
