Default Fishing in the rain

What's everyone's take on fishing in the rain, do you find fishing better or worse when its raining.

I want to get out this weekend for a bit but if all I'm gonna get is wet then I may stay in.

also caught this nice goldeye the other day on the river

Fishing in the rain beats working in the office, truck, shop, or where ever you work. If you got a chance to wet a line, go for it, rain or shine!

Having a Wife helps, she baits the hooks casts it out and watchs for a bite then sets the hook. When she has it hooked I come out of the camper with our only umbrella, and she holds it over me while I reel it in. Once I have it in I take back the umbrella, I go back in the camper while she cleans it. If I have to cook it because she dosen't want to I don't give her any. I think fishing in the rain is awsome.

I love fishing in the rain.

Even more so when fly fishing... Can be extremely productive at times.

Thunderstorms on the other hand...

You can shore fish at Wab. Just don't be on the bridge when some other idiots are playing chicken with the trains.

As sweet as some women have called me I am not made of sugar, and I won't melt. Dress properly and keep the truck close by for the torrential down pours.
It's also Alberta if you don't like the weather wait 5 min.
