Default Bow River/Rockies Guide Input

Hello,

So I'm finally deciding to cut my learning curve and do a couple of guided trips this summer and would like some input and suggestions on specific outfits or types of trip I should do based on personal experience (recent preferred). From searching there are a few options...I’ll do cast or fly.

I would like to do a guided trip on the Bow since I'm in Calgary and it would be nice to hit the river if I don't have a full day at my disposal. I'm good with walk and wade or float as I'd learn from either one, considering that a float would most likely get me to spots not reachable by foot.

I would also like to do a trip to learn some of the smaller streams and rivers closer to the mountains SW of Calgary if someone has done one recently and enjoyed it.

Any feedback is welcome and feel free to PM if you don’t like to advertise.

I like each time I'm able to get out, just getting a little disappointed not being able to find/catch a fish that isn't in a lake or pond.

Thanks!
