Another Beginners Question

I'm an absolutely beginner to archery. Last time I shot an arrow is more than 40 years ago. I purchased an used compound bow.
My question are now where can I get some help to start shooting. I also need someone to setup the bow for my needs.
There are two clubs in vicinity, CRAC and Sherwood Park Archery Club.
