Got a survey and stated changes are zero limit on Kokanee and increased trout limit to 4. Increased trout counts and the lowest Kokanee returns ever. Trout have eaten themselves out of Kokanee. No mention of the Kokanee disease as was previously thought the source of the trout size and weight decrease.
