I don't think Parkers has been producing minnows for a few years now. Haven't seen them on shelves since the C word shutdowns.

I wish they would come back all the current offerings are mushy garbage.

They are still around, Last time i was in Warman grabbed a dozen at Coop. Try the place in St Paul or Glendon i was told they can get them.
