I ordered a trigger off of Western Gun Parts and was impressed how smoothe it went. Ordering process was quick and painless. I thought I'd have to wait at least a few days to get it but to my surprise it was in my hands the next day and wouldn't hesitate to do use them again.

I found it with my Google Fu skills, while looking for WGP's website...nothing like reviving a blast from the past, plus I recognized some of the names on here!

Gotta say, I've dealt with them on the phone and in person a couple times and service was always polite and I never detected any snark or anything.

Whenever I've called WGP, I've felt as though I just did them a disservice. They could learn good manners and couteous service from Brownells, Numrich and Midway. I sure wish Midway would ship here.

Try a nice small square of alfalfa. Cheaper.

Midway used to shiip here. I used to buy bulk brass with the low Canadian dollar and still come out ahead.

No that was thanks to George W. the wheels where in motion Obama inherited it. Not that Obama would have done any better infact had he made the rules I doubt we would even be getting ammo or any other firearms related stuff.

It is the us government but it started in the previous administration, but we can blame the current administrator also. I have not contacted midway personally, but they indicate you can contact there international distributors to place orders.
I believe they made the choice not to set up or pursue orders in Canada; the web page makes no reference to shipping to Canada.
With other companies in the states you have to query them about what or if they will ship to Canada.
So when I shop on line in the states I ask the vendor what can happen.

They were charged with selling something to a private Canadian that they were not supposed to sell. Don't remember what it was but something silly like scope mounts or rifle sights. Midway fought it in court and lost and had to pay a huge fine and so no longer will ship to Canada. They will ship to a business but not a private individual.

I have bought a few parts through them because there was no other option. Every time the service was very poor.

They have very poor standards there.

I don't know why they always treat me like an idiot either in person or by phone.

One time, I called Savage arms and got the exact part number that I needed. I simply called to inquire if they had that part # in stock and if they could get it. The rude questions about where and how I got the number and the lecture on how and when they get their parts was totally uncalled for.

They have absolutely no people skills whatsoever.

I don't know how many men works there but if Irv is the only one, he's no better than the women out front.

I am curious as to why you're reviving a bunch of old random threads and posting that you have a rifle for sale. The Buy and Sell section is much more efficient to sell it, and if you need a higher post count to do so, please direct yourself to the Word Association thread in the General Discussion section.
