Are referring to the limit reduction to 3 fish or is there something else that I didn't see??

Yes it is about 20ft at the deepest end, very shallow on the so. end 12klm speed limit
I think it would be a bit of a choreto launch too big a boat like a 20 ft.

Blood Indian Reservoir (21-26-9-W4) - Open all year - Trout limit 3, of
which only 1 may be a Brown trout or Brook trout over 35 cm.
