Default Issue with semi auto and "hot" ammunition

Any of you guys have issues with semi autos not extracting some of the newer high muzzle velocity rounds? Have two different Remington 30-06. Fine with normal ammo but as soon as I shoot hornady, etc they are not ejecting. Thanks!

Is that the Hornady light magnum?
Isn't there a recomendation on the box against using it in a semi auto?
It's been so long since i've messed with that stuff I can't remember.
There is some ammo on the market that won't cycle properly even on a bolt action, the Prvi Ppartisan in 243 has a habit of locking up bolt guns.
If your gun won't cycle a certain ammo, simply don't use it- it's not that there is anything wrong with your rifle, it's jus that the pressure curve of the ammo is wrong for it.
