Default Lightweight Tipi Tent

I had a plateau 5 and it was great. You can pile the snow around the bottom to keep the wind out. The stoves are really good to.

I also have a small 2 man Argali tent that i carry as an emergency tent when I go out. It's 1.2 lbs and uses my hiking poles as the main pole. Very compact and better then sleeping outside in an emergency.

Only bad thing is it's from the USA and not made there so you get dinged with an extra 30% duty if shipping it.

No, it’s the Firehiking 1-2 person tent on Amazon. It’s $169 with the inner mesh or $129 without. In retrospect I probably didn’t need the inner mesh since I have a couple lightweight tents that I’d take before this in the summer.

There’s definitely enough room in it for 1 guy plus gear. You could sleep 2 with gear if the stove was taken out.
