I would have to ask where did your dad live area wise and how many bait shops near by in the 60's you could narrow it down good luck

He lived in Edmonton his whole life and the family lived in the John Walter house for several years. He learned to tie in a club back then but don’t know much else.

These could have been flies that were made for Sask. River as he lived along that river .
