Where to get some good pike action up in the moose lake area, it doesn't have to be that area its just that is about the distance we want to travel which is about 2 hrs from Wainwright. We have fished moose once and with the water the way it was then we don't want to take the kids there. Looking for a smaller lake for my tinner, great pike action, and perhaps even enough room to keep the travel trailer there or close by. I don't know the area up there at all! I am at work and don't have my mapbook so its pretty tough to research from google.
Looking for something in that region, prefer a spot that we could have the trailer close by as one of our kids is a weee one and wont go long in the tinner.
Any pointers of direction are much appreciated, PM's are welcome although I will not be able to respond until the evening.
