Good luck lol seen a few pulled out in the hard water season in the north east end of the lake but very few and none in the summer.

Have a boat... find some weeds, 10-18 feet of water.. anchor out and jig!

I have caught a few during summer using a 3/8 oz. lead head jig with twin tails, green body with a worm. Casting and jigging in the bay on the NE side of the lake. I was amazed they were hitting such a big jig.

Default buck lake spots

There are two good spots that I use. One is by the hotel in 6'-8' of water right near the edge of the weeds using a pickeral rig with worms using a bobber. The other is by the campgroud at the north end 60 ' to the west of the boat launch in 5-8 ' of water right among the pencil reeds, best time is around 6-9pm I have found.
They are not around like they used to be and you will require patience. Please let us know how you make out.

The other good spot is at the hotel side of the lake and to the west , line your self up with that long white fence that comes down to the lake 10 -14 ft of water. Caught a few hump backs at that spot.
