YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS......!!!!!!!!

Sturgeon and bull trout are NOT SEAfood.

Besides, its not nearly as good as spotted owl and bald eagle fricassee.

Throw in a few Peregrine Falcon Beaks and feet about 20 minutes before serving. It really finishes the chowder off nicely. Garnish with Golden Eagle Feathers. "Sea to Sky Chowder"

X2 on the Polar Bear Paw Bowl.

Be sure to follow the rules. When snagging Walleye, make sure that at least 1 of the barbs is pinched.

Some whitefish from Wabamun really adds a flavour dimension to an otherwise bland dish....

D'OH!!!! You are right. With Pickerel it's at least 1 barb. With Walleye,ALL the barbs must be pinched for snagging.

The barbless rule is only in effect during spawning season. The rest of the year;anything goes.

remember for every pickerel you harvest you must bucket in a pail of perch as a good faith gesture

Of course. I know it's not in the "Regs" but it is an unwritten rule everyone knows. These fish don't get big by eating plankton!

The best way to eat bull trout is to release ther carcass once removing the fillets, so they can grow again to fight another day. Only thing better is fresh moose calf snared in a inner tube

This thread is running fast, daaaaaaannnggg.

I have substituted Dolly in almost everything. It is fantastic, and would be great in chowder.
Last year I made a Coho Chowder on the Kitimat, after the only keeper fish caught on our trip up the Skeena. Easier than I thought, and sticks to yer ribs in the rain.
