I learned a lot from this post , I denied a request to draw my bow just yesterday,new policy is if it doesn't have an arrow resting on the rest I don't draw it , and I'm the only one authorized to draw it .

I did not want to put a arrow on it as there was alcohol involved. I would rather a dry-fired bow then a field point through my body. lol

Happened to me once when I had one toooo many beers, really sucked Did learn a valuable lesson though!

That's to bad. I had a buddy Nock one to pull it back, but messed up with my style release and sent one in my wall.

Only drawing with an arrow on the string is great.....If it is safe to shoot an arrow there in that direction.
