Default Jerky

So last year, I may or may not have messed up done goose jerky, and now this fall I'm wonderIng where to take a bunch of goose meat. I don't have a slicer, so it'll have to be whole breasts, anywhere half close to Brooks or Hanna would be perfect. Hot and spicy or just regular its good with me, any idea is a good one I'm my eyes

Why not just make your own? Its just too easy to make and cheaper too.

Definately make your own. It really isnt too difficult and will be worth it in the end. I just finished off 4lbs of jerky and 76 pounds of pepperoni. You will pay anywhere from $2 to $4 per pound to get it made.
