Default Aftermarket "packs" for frame only backpacks

I have a Cabela's aluminum backpack frame for hauling meat that I'm very happy with. I didn't get the one with the removable pack since if I want a full sized pack I have a good one for that. What I need is a small duffel or smaller sized pack that I can easily lash to my frame. Just something to keep my possibles (sweater, rain jacket, head lamp, cliff bars, emergency blanket, 550 cord, ect.), and a few field items (game bags, knives/sharpener, etc.) in. Hopefully something that has enough lashing points that it could sit on the pack's meat shelf, or be more fully lashed high on the pack in case I want to have rifles, spotting scope tripod, etc. sitting lower on the meat shelf.

Anybody care to share what they use? I've been looking at some MOLLE type gear, but it all seems pretty expensive for what it is. I don't need to pay a premium to have some sweet looking camo.

Use a lightweight dry bag, they come in different sizes; 5L to 35L. They weigh next to nothing and your gear will remain dry.

Lash it on with some simple nylon tie down straps. The tie down straps will come in handy for packing out meat quarters.

Thanks, that's what I'm currently doing. I'd hoped for something with more points to tie down to the frame though, that fits a little closer to the frame, and hopefully with zipper access.

I'm currently using random lengths of 550 cord though, and I could probably get my tying down system a little more efficient. If I can't find somethings else, I'll maybe get some stretchier cord and maybe a few clips for non structural ties meant more for keeping the load against the frame.
