Default Help, lost Hut at Wabamun

Hi All, I could use some help,

Last Friday December 27, me and a few friends went fishing at Wabamun and I must have left my Eskimo tent behind or it rolled out of the truck when I turned around to leave. We walked on the ice and had help from a nice guy on a quad who pulled our sled full of gear onto the ice from the launch just south east of Seba Beach on Range Road 55. A few fellas were leaving the ice just after us in a Honda Cr-v. I know its a long shot but I would sure like the hut back. I use it a lot for taking my 3 young kids.

It's probably long gone, but I read a story on here about a guy who had his wallet returned, so I figured I'd try.

Thanks,
Reel Crazy

I wish you the best of luck on finding your ice hut, which model and size was it?

Default Hut

I'm sure it's long gone but it was the large Red Eskimo Double Pop up. I had to get the big one to fit me and all 3 kids in it.

Thx

Definitely worth a shot on here, there are lots of good people here hope someone found it and is a member on her or knows someone who is and you get your tent back.

Default Holy Crap! That's it!

That's it neekrivers!!!! I called the guy and I'm picking it up tomorrow. True about faith in humanity. This honest fellow said he just wanted to get it back to the rightful owner. I have a $25 Cabelas gift card with his name on it not only for his honesty but for the hassle of picking it up, bringing it home and posting it on Kijiji. Wow!!! I'm still pumped!!

Thanks for looking neekrivers and the rest of those that responded. My kids were pumped when I said we will still be going ice fishing!!!

Cheers all,
Reel Crazy

Smile About you

Any guy that can keep 3 kids entertained in an ice fishing tent deserves a lot of good will.

Glad it turned out so well for you and the kids!
