Butcher Shop in Calgary needed

Usually use Gore mart to process our Salmon but they are on holidays for two weeks.

Is there another butcher shop that will fillet and vac-u-pac Salmon and Halibut in Calgary?

I wonder if the guys at Billingsgate in the Stadium Shopping Centre would do it for you. They process fish all day so it would likely turn out well.

i was going to suggest them as well.
they did some for me but that was many years ago.
worth a call for sure.

I believe it is spelled Gour-Mart.lol
Like Gourmet-Market contractualized.
I had one of their old fridge magnets went something like:

What about Ryan's Meats in the NW? I've had good luck with them...
