The heaviest 7.5 lead loads I know of are 1 1/8 oz at 1300 fps. AA Super Sports or Rem STS, Fed and Kent make them too. These are all target loads but it doesn't really mater what the box says.

Default Woodward shells

On the box it says ....Loaded for Woodwards in Canada
By one of the worlds largest small arms ammunition manufacturers .

Also they are 2 5/8 " ....

So Dominion ( CIL ) Google says

This is an interesting site

When I started shotgunning , 10 maybe ......3 generations of familly
In Delta marsh ......I saw a lot of equipment I'd love to have now .

These were made 1958-1961 .....not ancient. 55 plus years old .
