Is it like here in America where the same officials who allow this to happen are the same ones who will deny mining, pulp, and other permits of that nature?

one province gets a free pass for anything they like. sewage and all. plus billions of dollars just for existing. we need to build our own wall and cut it off.

Thank god Alberta is land locked or Kenney would be right on this bandwagon. Think of the billions he would save in waste management.
