Im looking at setting up a bridge to set up wifi at my other farm site so i can install some security devices like driveway alarms and such. Its 2.5 miles with line of sight and a thin row of trees in the middle. I was going to go with just a spy point game camera but I'm thinking going this way i could avoid the monthly fees associated with it and have more options. Is there any decent companies in the edmonton area that would be able to help a guy out with something like this.
We have a unit the the internet company set up, at our place the company said your shop as a better site to our towers, so they put there dish on our tower, then shot it to our main building 40 yards apart, I would ask your internet company how this could be done.
