Quiver issues for small diameter arrows

I have a quiver and looking for suggestions on what to put in arrow holders so I can use my victory vaps arrows , I have tried felt , keeps sticking to arrrow when I go to take one out , I know other quivers have a feature for this but would rather not buy another new quiver . Thanks
