Default Test your insect/creature knowledge

I went out trout fishing today and caught a few fish. Started with the fly rod but got frustrated with the wind and my inexperience so ended up using my casting gear instead.

Anyways when I cleaned the fish I took a peek in each of their stomachs to see what they had been eating. One guy must have been starving as he was empty, another was packed full of tiny freshwater shrimp and then the last one was absolutely crammed full of whatever these weird looking insects(?) are. Was hoping someone here might now as I have never seen these before.

And a picture of the fish.
