Default Ice conditions at Steele lake (cross)

Headed out tomorrow morning. Just wondering if it is wise to bring a quad or just stick with the truck? I’ve heard there is lots of ice, 30”. Curious about the snow or slush, don’t want to be getting stuck with the truck! It is a 4x4 with good tires!

Thanks
