Was at Abraham lake on the weekend. Tons of open water by Windy point and Bighorn dam, 2 FT of solid ice at Cline landing. That's Abraham for you.

Was at Travers on Wednesday and still 30". Water clarity was not very good.

Where abouts on travers. Was at the east end before the cold was maybe 12”

North of the boat dock. I haven't seen any ice lately that is less than 25".

Anyone make it out to Newell today? Im heading there tomorrow for my last outing of the season ... thinking we will be walking on after all the snow we got yesterday/today. TIA

Was there Sunday and there's a decent amount of snow on the ice but you'll be fine with a truck or SUV.

Fishing was ok, lots of small pike and walleye and one decent burb.

Was also there this past Sunday North access Red rock snowed in pulled out two trucks. Plow was out in afternoon clearing lease roads but not access to the lake. Fishing was decent pike and a few walleye. Lots of ice need extension.

Mons Lake 11 inches of ice December 8 2023, some small perch at 24 feet depth.
