Default Tiger trout Lake Isle area

I am heading to Lake Isle are for the first time and looking to target Tiger Trout. I see from the stocking report that many lake in the vicinity have them so would like some input on my best bet. I google mapped and lots within especially 30m so let me know if you have any suggestions. Would go up to one hours for bigger and better. Not looking for actual spot but just best chance of catching.

Ya your chances of getting a tiger trout are basically slim to none.

The only time I was able to get out for trout this winter I went to Hasse lake and managed to catch my first tiger trout. It was 19.5 inches long and weighed just over 3 lbs.

I was able to get out to Isle lake last week and caught a few pike. One keeper size. you have ot be selective where go you. No walleye or perch to be had.
Definitely no trout at Isle. Where we drove on is probably getting iffy by now.

I believe that Miller’s Lake west of Edson has them. Haven’t tried my luck yet with Tigers but will probably give it a go next winter.

Good luck- post pictures
