Looking to get out this weekend. Still have not done Kananaskis lakes yet. Maybe a good time to head up that way. But not 100% on any location.

I wouldn't mind going out tomorrow (friday) near Calgary. I'm a beginner ice fisher, but have most of the supplies. What I lack in experience I make up for with a great attitude. If anyone is looking for an ice fishing partner tommorow, let me know.

No problem, Going with Bee-guy.... I hope its on fire, I know when I was there 5 years ago.

There was tons of perch. I fished there since I was 13 years old... every day when I was a kid.

SO, I know the lake inside and out.

I will let you know!

Perch fishing was fun for 3 hours. Lots of shrimp in the hole. 1 inch long fatties. I caught a couple of those and put them on my hook.

Here is a picture... BeeGuy and my self caught!
Non stop action.

Carburn DEAD... I don't think so!

Planning on going out one day after the weekend. The weeks forecast looks good and it doesn't matter what day I go. So if anyone wants to head out let me know. I'm thinking day light pike and night time burbs.
I'm in south east Calgary.

Suppose to be heading out for some perch but the winds down here are making us think twice about a trip this weekend. I may have to wait until next week. There is only 2 weeks left to get out and smash some humpies so I need to get a few more trips in.

You keep straying away from K country because you got perch on your mind hahaha.

I just cant make a choice is all. K Country even if I did not get a Bull or two will be picture perfect. Good day bring the camera. But a big fat Pike sounds good as well... Life is sooo hard.....

We should put a posse together and go kill all those carp, wherever they are.

Prizes for most kills.

Looking at going out tomorrow morning (Tuesday) around 7:30 - 8:00 am until around noon. either to chain lakes for some rainbows, or to pine coulee for some walleye/pike/burbot fishing. Anyone interested PM me, or if you want to hit up chesterslough and know the lake, let me know, I would go there too, or anywhere in the 1 - 1.5 hr range!

slivers.
