A few very recent pics, from a trip to Coal Lake (North of Wetaskiwin) today. It got cold, so we spent a little more time in the truck instead of outside chasing tip-ups, but it was a great time, none the less. Both my wife and I really enjoy fishing together, and I think the girls are catching on, as well. Michayla is almost 4, and Rebekah is 2- check out the smiles!

we only had one flag go up in 2 hours, but it was a big fish. He broke my line at the bottom of the ice- all I saw was a big yap, followed by a snap...

Great time with the family, and with warmer days coming, it's only going to get better!

Default man those are nice pictures

i think i,m going to give up and throw all my fishing gear down the hole.after seeing these, between truck, trailer, quads, boat, gear, even the little kids are catching bigger ones than me,and half to admit.its suppose to be just a good day out not about the catching.but i,m jealous.lol i have under water camera ,ultra vision sonars, ice huts battery operated jiggers you name it and i can,t get anything over 2lbs.i think i,m just trying to hard.well we will try again at newell derby this weekend maybe monday i can post a picture.
