Was out about two weeks ago and caught one and seen others catch a few but all were the 12-14 inchers, never seen a big 5lb come out of there before.

Have not tried it through the ice but maybe I should. My son lives there so I fish every summer.

I have caught several in the 3 to 6lb range. Dont know if they are good eaters cause I always send em back. Some people think they may be a bit soft.
