free speech was not part of the original constitution, only the drafted ammendment and therefore no courts can uphold it...

I don't know what your objective is, but I am glad you created this thread showing what a piece of fecal material the charter of rights and freedoms are.(small caps intended)

Every part and section you listed is useless due to part 1.1. of this wonderful construct of the great Trudeau.

Trudeau is probably laughing from hell at this wonderful piece of garbage that is meant to screw Albertans.

as I am for freedom of speech, giving one's opinion etc This thread seems to be construed because one person had his post/ posts edited or deleted. Probably because they broke forum rules ( perhaps advertising?? just a guess here) And as such they now feel compelled to run down the mods and this board under the guise of us breaking their constitutional rights. And since this thread serves no purpose other than bashing. its closed.
