I have a hard time believing that a guy that was "doing his job" was going to be non-compliant.

This guy has got to be charged and most importantly fired from his job. If not the RCMP will have lost what little credibility they have left. It's unfortunate that a few bad apples have pretty much destroyed the forces reputation.

what a surprise.

I have to say it is somewhat heartening to hear the condemnation of this officers actions coming from the rank and file. Oh wait a minute, I was wrong...they're not saying a darn thing.
