Default 6 years history with this buck.

We passed this buck at 20 yards in 2014 hoping he explodes this year but I actually think this buck is not going to get any better. Last pictures are from Mid July this year. How much more horn do you think he will put on.
Also what do you fellas think he will gross this year. Pretty certain he is 7 1/2 this year and think this is the year a fella better take him if given the opportunity

Here he is in 2010

Here he is 2012

Here he is 2013

Here he is 2014

Here he is 2015 ( July 8th )

Here he is ( July 26th )

Default Closing Time

Seal the deal boss. He is peaking as a 159" net typ buck on high side. Due to your history and how special, drop him before you regret never doing so. Coyotes will get him in due time. Or a long cold snap.
Good luck. Thanks for awesome pics.

His age and your history are reason enough to take him. Nothing to scoff at in the score department either, but I just have no idea how to estimate the numbers well enough.
Good luck!

If you're certain that is all the same buck, I would say he's a little older than you think and going down, not up. His body structure says at least 8.

Being as he had another few weeks to grow, I'm going to throw out a guess of mid to high 160's.
I'd be shooting. Good luck!

Oh he is 100% the same buck and yes I agree. I put him at 7 1/2 minimum and probably 8 1/2. From his pics this year so far he looks heavier with mass but his tine length I do not think is going to get any better. This is the year! Last time I checked cameras was July 22nd. When I get home on the 5th should have some great pics of this old SMART warrior.

Hmmm all time considered, meat in the freezer and a shoulder mount for you to enjoy and tell the story in this beauty buck.
Orrrrr let him go another year and see
I think the real decision will be yours when and if he walks by this season, good luck, tough one! Wish I had that dilemma

Yes very few daylight pics. He is a smart old boy. Last year first picture of him was Sept 1st with 11 cameras out tiring to find him and his buddy. I did end up taking his buddy
