When you play the best team in the league to a regulation time draw, with some $30+ million in salary on IR, I'd say that's a pretty good effort.
OT could have gone either way, Leon and Yamo had their chance. You can't make mistakes, and EDM made two on the Pastrnak breakaway, that generally equals puck in your net.

I was mad at Nurse for the deep turnover (that wasn't a scoring chance) and at for Drai for not changing there when he was dog tired and clearly his teammates thought he was going to. (Leon definitely didn't have a Hart trophy kinda night last night.)
Well played OT by BOS though. They gambled on not starting their big 3 and waiting for Leon to tire himself out, and it worked perfectly. Sure made me appreciate just how much of a game changer McDavid is...

That was an AWESOME effort last night I was pizzed at Nurse on that play until I heard his on ice minutes...they were STAGGERING to say the least..On that play I thought he fell asleep BUT I think he was just bagged ...Let the good times roll Mr.Whalen
