Great info, loving the stories
Howdy everyone, just wanted to drop a line and say hi to everyone that I've been lurking on for a few weeks now. I am a brand new hunter got my PAL, bought a rifle, joined a range, Passed my Hunter Ed course, picked up a copy of Alberta Outdoorsmen.
Anyways love all your thoughts and stories, its a great help for a green horn like me to navigate all the many, many, many (did I mention lots) of rules and regulations to participate in this great sport.
The one aspect that is giving me the most grief is the whole draw/tag/license system, I checked out all the Alberta gov. websites and the info always seems frustratingly out of date, is there a main book that just lays it all out? I have the 2010 hunting regs. book is that the best I'm going to get or is their more info out there?
Sorry for the long winded post, I appreciate any and all replies.
