Good start good start. Not really sure why we got a power play but I’ll take it. Sure hope the refs don’t crush what is supposed to be a spirited affair.

Out shot 16-3 and 3 penalties. Not exactly a recipe for success. Better figure it out or will be a long night.

If the Oil didn’t have a goalie the flames would be leading 3-2.

Don’t get down to low. Remember the Oil usually Have a second period break down for 2-3 mins that has cost us dearly this year already..... But probably not tonight !!!!

Well better get some shots in the second. Stay out of the box.
Not a ref complaint about the first, but the season as a whole all games, does it seem to others there is a lot of penalties this season? Seems like always players in the box.

If they want to play stupid hockey and take lots of penalties, it's not going to improve. Kicking Kosk's leg out in front of the ref?

The first one was suspect but 2 penalties 200ft from your own net ..... not good for you.

The penalties stem from losing puck battles. When a team is being out worked penalties usually follow.

I watched that one a couple times and still don't know what he did. Announcers said it was as high stick, but was called roughing.
