Default Any Chimney Sweeps in the Athabasca area?

Summer chores keep piling up and I have never swept a chimney before anyway.

Does anyone know of a person who does chimney sweeping in the Athabasca area, or specifically Calling Lake?

I have burned birch for years, but I think it wise to get this looked at before winter hits.

Any help much appreciated.

more info needed

how old the fireplace, what make or kind of fireplace

what kind of chimney, 2 story or 1

regulate 4 12 pitch or 5 12 roof

measure chimney and do it yourself with pull broom setup, easy peasy

understand your concern but rent or buy the equipment and see how much crap you get out of the chimney and see how much is left with good flashlight

did mine for years and am old now and 2 storey metal roof 5/12 pitch so forget it

birch CAN burn clean but good to check

this may not be a solution but maybe

otherwise not sure how much they charge in,this woke expensive world

Easy to do, did mine for years I always burned it hot and was surprised there wasn’t more in the pipes.
If I was close I’d come over and do it, good thing is like what was mentioned have a look after cleaning to see how clean it is.

I have a system like these where I go through the bottom and use a drill to rotate it works great no climbing on the roof
It works with bendable rods that are added as you need to go to the top and the soot falls into the stove or fire place to be cleaned up.
