Outboard mechanics

Does anyone know any good outboard mechanics around red deer. I m against the cars and boat marts. Is there anything better.

..........needed a backyard mechanic north of Edmonton to rebuild a 20 hp merc outboard..........not much response either

thanks for the response anyways. Looks like i'm gonna have to roll up the sleeves and lose a few bolts. haha.

You might try and see if you can locate a service manual for what you want to fix. If,as you say you're willing to get your hands dirty, that may be the way to go. I don't know if Chilton or Clymer publications have anything specific for what you have or you might want to go to the dealership and have them order one in for you.. OEM's are kinda pricey but that is what I've had to do ..

I do have the manual for it. It's just that I'm lazy as s#$t. All I want to do when I get home from up north is fish. haha. Oh well, time to man up.
