Default Any shops around Edmonton that will stud used tires?

Pretty much what the title says, does anyone know of a tire shop in the area that will stud used tires? My truck came with a next to new set without studs. They have the holes for studs.

I don't know of any places, but some insight as to why it can't be done... Those small hole in the tire fill with small rocks and sand which do not allow the stud to be seated in the hole. When I was a mechanic I tried to do my grandmas winter tires when I changed them for her, and 1 out of maybe 5 went in and of those most came out before I got it back to her house

It can be done, the holes need to be cleaned before installed. Most shops wont do it as it's not worth the time, I'm willing to pay..
