You cant.

But you can edit the headline, to show that it is sold.

....and you can also edit into the headline "please delete" and if we see it, we will oblige your request.

Just a note to the mods.
I do like the idea of being able to edit the post and add the word “SOLD” to the subject line. However I don’t like when things get deleted. If the listing stays there it’s great to look back and see what things sold for or even as to what people were asking.

Haven't been able to get it to work. Just double click on the title on the main list, right? Title changes colour to indicate it can be editted, but then it flips forward to open the message. Maybe I'm not fast enough on the trigger.

Don't click on the words, double click in title bar beside the words

Yup, I realize that Rocky, but sometimes the poster doesn't want their add left up, and if they want it deleted, this is perty much the only way to do it. I hear ya though......

Also keep in mind that when you ask to have your Buy and Sell listing deleted, you will no longer be able to receive positive feedback for Itrader for that item. That's why it's probably best to just edit the title with "Sold" and leave your thread there.

I don't think the board should allow anyone to take the item off.
Especially with the rating system that is in place.

Not only will the Mods be even busier, it will give those scoundrels among us the ability to hide.
