Question Fly Line Assistance - Line for Rod?

Opened up the Berkley Buccaneer Travel Pack purchased in 1975 and last used in 1980. Put the five piece B5C-7' rod together. The Wet Cel DT-8-S line on the Open Road 500 deluxe Fly Reel needs to be replaced.
Looked at the NEW line products available and hit a wall.

Work related travel for the past 35 years pre-empted use of the rod and reels. I know little about the available products other than listening to others.

Seeking input from the community.

Guessing the rod is 7 pound.

No such thing as "7 pound". B5C would indicate either a 5 weight line, or a 5 piece rod. 7' would indicate 7 feet long.

If it is not 7 feet like long (ie. 9 feet or 8.5 feet) then it may very well be a 7 weight rod; therefore get a 7 weight line.

Otherwise, you are looking for a "#" followed by a number; the number will indicate the appropriate line.

I would be surprised to find a 7 foot, #8 rod.

ETA, I would suggest changing out the backing at the same time.
