Call deer while hunting grouse

I've never gone grouse hunting while deer scouting. Can you deer call while hunting grouse? Or will the man in green take it as you hunting deer with a 22 out if season? Can anyone shed some light on this? Don't want to loose my hunting privileges over something that is up for misinterpretation.

I don't believe there are any rules that say you can't rattle and grunt for grouse.

Don't think there is anything wrong with it.

However, if you are talking about doing it now, rather than much later in the season, I would not be calling a deer or rattling.
